INTRODUCTION

Automator Plus (Pty) Ltd respects the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Automator Plus plug-in within Adobe Premiere Pro, hereafter referred to as the “Plug-in” as well as when you visit our website www.automatorplus.co.za, including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy you won’t be able to use the Site or the Plug-in.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Privacy Policy. 1. PERSONAL INFORMATION

4. DATA FROM SOCIAL NETWORKS

User information from social networking sites, such as Apple’s Game Center, Facebook, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, including your name, your social network username, location, gender, birth date, email address, profile picture, and public data for contacts, if you connect your account to such social networks.

5. MOBILE DEVICE DATA

Device information, such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer, and information about the location of your device, if you access the Site from a mobile device.

6. THIRD PARTY DATA

Information from third parties, such as personal information or network friends, if you connect your account to the third party and grant the Site and Plug-in permission to access this information.

7. MEDIA DATA

If you upload images to the Site or Plug-in, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

USAGE INFORMATION WITHIN THE PLUG-IN

To ensure that you are using a legally purchased version of the Plug-in we validate the Plug-in against our authentication server every time you use the Plug-in and we collect the timestamps per device per validation for auditing purposes. If you opt-in to send usage information within the Plug-in we collect usage data about how often you use each automation.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Plug-in and Site to:

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
