These three automations are related to moving the playhead in the timeline of Adobe Premiere Pro:
- “Move Player With Seconds” – allows you to move the player forward or backward by a specified number of seconds. You can input a positive number to move the playhead forward and a negative number to move the player backward.
- “Move Player To Edit Point” – allows you to move the playhead to the next or previous edit point on your timeline based on which tracks are active.
- “Move Player To Marker” – allows you to move the playhead to the next or previous marker on your active timeline.
All of these automations can save you time and make it easier to navigate your timeline in Adobe Premiere Pro. Although on their own not very powerful, grouped with the Shot Selection automation the time saved by these navigation automations can compound significantly.
